24 laps ...to go. (1/8 mile laps) Seems like a long way at first. But soon it's just 16.
Then 8
Then I'm done.
One more day down.
Ran one of the laps, jogged three of them, walked the rest.
My face is red.
And my hair drips sweat like a wet mop.
Just wish the pounds would come off as fast as they came on over the holidays.
Next week it will be 36 laps...

I hate to sweat but it is even worse to workout and not sweat. Sweat lets you know you accomplished something. I need to get back to the gym!!! Kudos to you and keep it up.
WOW! How far is that? I'm clearly no good at math! I miss you. Hope to see you this weekend?
Laps are much better than staring at nothing while walking on a treadmill. Waddling isn't that much fun either but excersie can be! way to go!
Wow, that is GREAT! It takes a lot of determination to do that. Good luck.
