First, we went to Lion King last night. The two seats next to us were empty the entire evening. I thought that was sad. I'm sure there were people out there who would have been happy to buy them. I kept wishing we had some grandchildren sitting there with us. It was a fantastic show! The special effects and costuming were so innovative and out of this world. I've seen pictures, but they do not do them justice.
Brent and I decided last year that our favorite birthday/Christmas/Mother's-Father's Day/Anniversary gifts would be season tickets to the theater. We've thoroughly enjoyed these very special date nights scattered through the year and renewed our tickets this year. The only drawback is that it's a little harder to get tickets all together when we want to go with family. Tonya and Brian were able to get tickets for next week, but I really wished we could have gone on the same night and shared it together.
Second, the doctor put me on a diuretic that is actually helping my dizziness a little bit. It gives me hope. I am also supposed to be seeing a neurologist for the brain issues, but they haven't contacted me yet. Guess I need to follow up on that.
Third, we had a company party Thursday night. It may be the last one at this location, and we'll really miss the little stream when we move. Every year we have a boat race, and it's starting to be pretty competitive (with a first prize of $50, I can see why). Wait a minute, how can you have a Riverwoods Imaging Center without woods and Rivers????????? :(
(The children got rubber duckies to race with. Here's Julie Webster and Tamara Polanco catching them at the finish line. The water that day was high and cold from an earlier mega storm that moved through Utah. None of my pictures really turned out this year, which was kind of sad, I think.)

Julie, I've been learning about something that may interest you. It's called the Chia seed. Here's a link to a friend's blog that talks about it a bit, BUT also if you look in her comments, someone else left a link to a site that provides a lot of history and factual information all about this super grain. I'm going to be buying some, I just need to have healthy kids or a husband at home so I can go run errands long enough to get to a health foods store and see.

It may be worth looking into to see if it is something that could help you in more ways than just one.
Lisa, I didn't think I had ever heard of it until I saw that it's the same thing Chia pets are made from. I wonder if sprouts have the same nutritional value?
Amazing pictures!
