Friday Morning

CORNBELLYS!

Friday morning last (Oct. 18, 2013)
dawned bright with the sun
and happy with two grandsons
I got to play with for a while
but mostly you'll only see photos of one because the other -
well, he mostly didn't want to see me.

When I stayed out of his eyesight, he was happy and content but
as soon as he saw me ----
everything turned to wails and sorrowful tears.

Besides, when a grandmother has a baby in her arms, she doesn't get much opportunity to take photos.

Should have known Eric's favorite things all began with the letter "Tractor"!

Brotherly love
Bill showed up about the time we were ready to leave, but I thought Eric would have fun bouncing on the big pillows if he had his cousin with him, but he dug in his heels and it was a no go.  Karsyn kind of bounced a little and then decided it wasn't any fun without friends or cousins.

We did do the hayride.   Eric loved the big tractor, but it was a cold ride and Karsyn wasn't feeling well and Eric was just getting over a lousy cold, himself.  We went home after that ride.

But I think Eric had a great time for the limited time we were there.  I was glad Karsyn came to join him for a few minutes, and really appreciated Bill's help getting the boys over the gravel (definitely not stroller country) and back to the car!
