A Campout that may never end!

A toaster oven, an electric frying pan, and a microwave - the sum total of my cooking gear as we continue with our kitchen remodel.

Everyone who knows us knows we are currently in the middle of remodeling our home. The bathroom turned out wonderful, but we are now working on our kitchen, and this is where I'm at with cooking gear. The oven's gone and so is the dishwasher, and these are the tools we're using to create meals each day. I've learned that electric frying pans work for a lot of things, and the toaster oven broils steaks wonderfully, but the microwave is still indispensable. Of course, the crockpot gets pulled out a lot, too. Soon I'll have to move them all from the counter because that will be the next thing to go.
