Friday, May 24 - Pink Day...
Life has been kind of pink around here, lately ...as in little Pink Cast on Ashlyn's little foot
with a little bone
with a little break
which happened somehow because this barely one-year-old likes to climb
and apparently she was climbing and ended up with the chair on top of her and her foot and
it was broken. About four weeks, in case you were wondering how long she gets to wear the pink boot.
Also, PINK
as in Pink Stripes and cute pink flip flops on Karsyn
who likes to pose glamorous style for Grandma to take pictures
But mostly PINK as in Pink Panther
which is the dance the kindergartner's danced at Kamryn's dance festival.
Of all the year end activities the grandkids did this year, this is the only one we were able to make because we timed our vacation all wrong and missed all the rest.
But this one we were able to catch on our way out of town:
So here's Kamryn's Pink Panther:

Greetings to make a Grandma's heart burst.

Darling hair for the Dance Festival

Wonderful smile to match the hair!

(Kamryn's the one in the cute levi skirt)

It was so fun to get to watch Kamryn and her classmates dance.
Also, just a little more pink as in my
Spring flowers that were blooming before we left on vacation:
Right after the dance festival, Brent and I took off for Yellowstone to stay 9 nights - we've never ever got to spend that much time up there. I will work on getting a few pictures posted from that over the next few days.

Oh no! As cute as that little bitty pink cast is I just cringe to think of broken bones on such a little kiddo. The rest of the pink is simply lovely though.
Was this a school dance or tumbling dance? Lol either way the glasses and funny faces of enjoyment from the kids are priceless.
So much cuteness with all that pink!
