So we celebrated a few days early (only because no one could make it on his birthday, including himself!)   SUNDAY, APRIL27, 2014

Afterwards, Makinzee and Mike hosted a dinner at their home for all who came, and some who didn't, including neighbors and friends.  We went through a lot of yummy food - sloppy joes, and salads, and wonderful desserts.  But mostly, it was a time to gather with wonderful people.

Oh, yeah, did I mention that Dan flew all the way out from Chicago just for the baptism?  It was so good to be with him again so quickly.  This guy is a girl magnet (as in nieces).
