Ball Anyone?

She was so determined to hit the ball.  So sad when she missed.  But Maddy can sure run fast, and I really loved the somersaults she did when she got on base!  That's one picture I felt really bad about missing.

This is how you do it, don't you know?  When that ball comes he'll be ready.  Jack was born with a ball in his hand, and it was obvious he's having a blast at the games.

Lexi should have been out on the field, too.  She kept trying to, but someone always stopped her.

It's been a long time since we've been to a Little League game, even longer since we've graced the sidelines of Tee Ball.  So with the sun shining and a perfect evening, we landed at the ball park for Maddy and Jack's next to last game of the season.  We had a delightful time watching the kids.  This is where sports are at their best - little ones playing for the sheer fun of the game.  I'd love to see it stay that way forever.   For the rest of the pictures click HERE.
